Security White Paper worth reading

Most of the online white paper libraries are filled with papers written by vendors. It's important when using these resources that we not fall prey to any single vendor's viewpoint. That said, these papers also provide a tremendous set of resources. Here's a worthwhile paper I found today that's very recent.
