I just wrote an article for next month's eJournal series here on the Realtime Unified Communications Community, and have really been watching how mobile VoIP is evolving and spreading. Read the eJournal when it comes out, it will give you a real sense of how mobile VoIP is growing. I mention this -

The mobile VoIP market is growing at a mind-boggling rate. A recent report from ON World Inc. (http://www.onworld.com/) , a business intelligence research firm in the wireless industry, projected that there will be an expected 207 million VoIP users by 2011. Cellular/mobile VoIP was forecast to grow from 480,000 users in 2006 to 70.6 million consumers in 2011. That's a prediction of about 34% of VoIP callers using mobile handheld over the next four years.
