Thomas Anglero Channels Hamlet to Describe the VoIP Industry
Thomas Anglero is one of the brightest minds I've ever encountered in the unified communications space. We've never met; only exchanged email and Skype IM messages. I'm completely mystified that he isn't far more widely mentioned, but I never miss a post he writes. I make it a point to listen closely to what Thomas has to say.
In this post, while he mentions an earlier post of mine, Thomas really cuts to the very heart of why VoIP is moving so slowly.

I haven't intentionally posted in many weeks. This is a natural evolution of VoIP as the messages within my Blog and others have gone heard but ignored. Ken Camp's post on
"Is VoIP Past the “Best if Used By” Date? Has it peaked?" summarized the thoughts that I have had in my head and equated to my lack of posting.
