iotum and VoIP Conferencing

At DEMO ’06, Ottawa-based iotum introduced are easy to use conferencing system based on its relevance engine technology. They call it iotum Pronto Conferencing. I've been talking casually with Andy Abramson and Alec Saunders trying to set up an interview with Iotum cofounder and CEO Alec Sanders. This is one of several areas I hope to explore in more detail with Alec once we find time to chat.

I'm on the road in DC this week doing some pretty long days, unfortunately, it's a cyber security project rather than a VoIP project and it's really taking a toll. I'll share more about it in the weeks ahead since it does relate to networking in general, although it's not VoIP oriented primarily,

In the meantime, if there are specific questions you have about iotum, please send them my way so I can make sure we get them asked. If we can get the logistics worked out, I'm hoping to make the intervie with Alec our first podcast interview.
