Cloud Computing and Unified Communications

The phrase cloud computing is one of the really hot ones in today's tech sector. I've been reading an article or two about it every day. And opinions on what it is seem to vary just as widely as definitions of unified communications.

Over the next few days, I'm going to attempt to distill the nuance and variation that's out in the workd today with regard to cloud computing, identify some of the tangible trends, and offer some thoughts on what the impacts of cloud computing might be on the unified communications space.
