A Quiet Week in the Realtime Unified Communications Community

This post is pre-writtent and set to go live on Monday, September 24th. As you read it, I'm not around. I'm on the msNoordam en route to Alaska. I'll be gone all week.

Ever the geek, I am not completely without resources. But, I've made a very conscious decision not to take a laptop along. That said. I've got my Nokia N800, Blackberry 8830, and a handful of Nokia phones. I've got a Bluetooth keyboard that works with them all. And I've got my Nikon. And I've got a handful of memory. Just how many gigabytes is a handful?

I don't know if I'll be posting at all, but I may write a bit about the experience of using unified communications tools from the remote location of the Alaskan coast. And we'll see about posting, because I don't really know the state of the Internet and access options up there.

So I'll be playing it by ear for the week. In the meantime, you know the links, the blogs, and all my colleagues who share the important news and opinions on the unified communications sector. Take a chance to listen closely to some of the other voices in our field.
