Busy news week ahead

I've already seen a number of news releases coming out of VoiceCon today. This will be a busy week for news I'm sure as solution providers announce new products, upgrades and partnerships at the VoiceCon show.

I'm also in the process of scheduling my time at the ITExpo in three weeks. I am scheduling a few briefings and podcast opportunities, but I'm also making it a point to leave plenty of ad hoc time for new encounters. I'd like to wander the exhibit hall and make some news discoveries at the conference, so I plan on scheduling far fewer briefings than I have at past events. I'm mostly only scheduling time with people I already know or have a relationship with at this point, and trying to maintain a bit of sanity there so that I have a bit of free time to make some new discoveries.

When I check out the exhibitor list, there are plenty of companies listed that I know very little about. I'd like to learn a bit more aobut some of them. I also intend to take a bit of time to explore both the call center and IPTV events going on at the conference.
