Cell Phones - Video History Lesson

Here's an interesting video I found via colleague Thomas Howe. If you aren't familiar with his name, Thomas is, to many of us, the reigning mashup king when it comes to combining two or more voice related services to create something more. He's a real wizard when it comes to adding one plus one and getting something far greater than two.

The video history of cell phones is pretty fun. I was surprised how many of the phones that fade past I've used, in several cases as an early adopter when they were first released. I remember what I paid for an early Motorola StarTAC and I ahve to tell you, you can't buy an off-the-shelf phone that costs that much today.
