Ahead - A Week with the Nokia N95
Last Saturday I got the Nokia N95 for evaluation. It's hasn't gone very well in my view. Reading the experiences others have with the N95, I'd say my experience this week has been the worst. Had I purchased it, I'd be demanding a refund even though it's the most feature rich mobile I've ever encountered.
For me, it's feature rich, but I can't use any of the features that differentiate it from any other phone. At this point, the GPS is off and the camera simply hangs.
This has been a very busy week for me, and I'm not convinced that I've documented either the good things or bad things very well. To ensure that I feel like I have, I'm going to start a running post of what I experience with the N95. I'm resetting the phone and flashing the firmware, overwriting the current setup once more.
I haven't decided whether I'll be able to synthesize my thoughts and observations to post them daily, or if it might be better to keep a running log and share in one post at the end of next week. I'll start a fresh week on Saturday and we'll see just how things go.
