Voxeo Recognized as Visionaries by Gartner - The Magic Quadrant
Some interesting news from my good friend Dan York today. Dan's been one of the leading bloggers and podcasters in the unified communications space for a long time. He recently joined Voxeo in a role that lets him continue all the good work he's been doing. But it's important to remember that Voxeo a real leader in the IVR and VoIP space.
Beyond being a leader, Voxeo's being recognized in the visionary category of the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
I've often criticized Gartner in the past, referring to the series and the Magic Quadrant of Mediocrity. I believe it was just that at times - mediocre. Of late, Gartner has been more focused, more accurate, and I've not seen what looked like pandering to the power players in the industry. Congrats to Voxeo for this big win and to Gartner for getting the Magci Quadrant back on track.Voxeo positioned in “Visionaries” quadrant of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for IVR and Enterprise Voice Portals
