Jaduka's EarthCaller - Something New to Watch

Last year at O'Reilly's ETel conference in San Francisco, thanks to my friend Neil Vineberg who does some of their PR work, I met the whole Jaduka team. They were, for me, an incredible team of some of the brightest minds and folks who really understand voice communications in a way that' I find uncommon among the VoIP industry. They've got some historical depth in understanding where telephony came from, and that leads to really appreciate some of the nuance and fine points of voice services.

For me, it's truly been a distinct pleasure to get to do a bit of collaborative work with the talented team at Jaduka since then. We haven't done a lot of work together, but what we've worked on and the ideas we've shared in collaboration are powerful thought-leading views of the future of voice services.

Today I got some information about something new from Jaduka called EarthCaller. I'll be checking it out myself and encourage you to do the same.

Jaduka's EarthCaller Lets You Make Free U.S. Calls Online, With Ultra-Low International Calling Rates

EarthCaller (http://earthcaller.com), a new PC-to-phone service that lets you call any landline in the U.S. for free, has been launched by Jaduka (http://jaduka.com).

Earthcaller delivers a clean, clear conversation as compared with VoIP (and Skype) because EarthCaller runs its calls over the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) backed by a patented call quality control interface.

A number of beta users accounts can also dial International destinations at a cost 30-40% less than popular VoIP services. Users can prepay for international phone calls in $5 increments.

Jaduka's patented iQT™, a carrier quality monitoring system, ensures the clarity for each and every call. Network connectivity is managed by Jaduka's parent company, NetworkIP (http://networkip.net). For the past decade, NetworkIP has been at the forefront in providing connections to over 100 carriers directly into 39 different countries. Their platform is capable of processing over 2 million transactions per day and volume of over 1 billion minutes per month.

EarthCaller currently is PC-compatible and not Mac-compatible.

To sign up for free U.S. calls visit http://earthcaller.com.
