News Release: Summa Telecom Selects Ceragon Wireless IP Backhaul Solution for WiMAX Network in Russia

Full turnkey solution from Ceragon will power Russian carrier’s WiMAX network
with high capacity wireless backhaul in a $1.6 million deal

TEL AVIV, Israel, September 17, 2007
- Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CRNT), a leading provider of high-capacity Ethernet and TDM wireless backhaul solutions, today announced that Summa Telecom, a Russian telecom operator is deploying Ceragon’s leading edge wireless IP solutions as part its new WiMAX network in Russia. Ceragon provides Summa Telecom with a complete turnkey solution for high capacity wireless backhaul - including installation and project management services - in a deal valued at $1.6 million in revenue.

Summa Telecom was the first carrier to be awarded a nationwide WiMAX spectrum in the Russian Federation. Summa Telecom plans to build a nationwide WiMAX network that will cover some 330 cities by 2010. Geared for fixed-wireless broadband and future mobile WiMAX services, the network will rely on Ceragon’s high-capacity FibeAir® IP MAX and FibeAir 640P solutions for high-speed voice and data wireless backhaul. Initial service rollout is planned for Q1 2008
