GrandCentral covers the country
I haven't been quiet about my fondness for GrandCentral's single number for life approach. I wasn't an early fan. Actually, I wasn't terribly impressed at first. But their commitment to excellence won me over as they matured. I'm a happy customer today, to the point that the only number on my business card is my GrandCentral number.
As they've grown, the numbers available via their service has kept growing with them, to the point they seem to pretty much have the US covered. Here's the scoop straight from Craig.

GrandCentral is really happy to announce the expansion of our footprint into 47 states in the US (as well as Washington, DC). Not only have we expanded our footprint to include local numbers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, N & S Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, West Virginia, New Hampshire, Vermont, etc., but we’ve also added hundreds of cities in our existing footprint so there will be more local numbers for you to choose. We will continue to add numbers and want your feedback. If there is a particular rate center, city, area code or other location you need service in, just shoot us an email to “numbers at grandcentral dot com” and we’ll track these and try to fill them as quickly as possible.
