Vonage - Dead or Alive

I'm going to say something I said before, but I'm going to do so this time by quoting my friend David Beckemeyer

Vonage should have taken Moshe's offer which I believed to be at least 3X over the true value of the company.
Amen to that. I expect at some point, someone's going to be asked why they didn't. Other than being sorry for what's happening to shareholders, with customers left waiting for the other shoe to drop, I just don't hold much hope for Vonage. Now it's like watching a car wreck. It feels perverted to stand there watching the suffering, so I just look at other things.
