JADUKA NAMED RED HERRING 100 AWARD FINALIST

Of all the talented folks I met at the O'Reilly ETel conference Jaduka was one of my favorites. As I wrote here, these folks really get the big picture of unified communications. I was pleased for them to see this release noting that they've been recognized by Red Herring for their thought leadership.

Congrats to Trevor, Bill, Jack, Peter and the whole Jaduka. team.

JADUKA NAMED RED HERRING 100 AWARD FINALIST
Nomination Recognizes Jaduka’s Innovative Web-based Telecom Technology

San Francisco, CA, April 4, 2007— Red Herring today announced that Jaduka is a Finalist for the Red Herring 100 Award, a selection of the 100 private companies based in North America that play a leading role in innovation and technology.

The Red Herring editorial board diligently surveyed the entrepreneurial scene throughout the North American region and identified the top 200 out of more than 800 closely evaluated companies that are leading the next wave of innovation.

“We can see the exciting evolution of the technology sector reflected in the quality and variety of exceptional companies that we had to choose from in putting our list together," said Joel Dreyfuss, Editor-in-Chief of Red Herring. "It was tough to choose just 200 finalists from such a large list of excellent contenders, and we are very happy with the qualities of the companies we selected as Finalists."

“We appreciate this nomination which recognizes Jaduka’s innovative API that enables enterprise developers, interactive application developers and consumers to add voice connectivity to Web applications,” said Jack Rynes, President of Jaduka.

The winning 100 companies will be announced at the Red Herring Spring event. The CEOs of the winners will present their innovative ideas and technologies to an audience of leading entrepreneurs, financiers and corporate strategists at the event in Monterey, California, on May 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This year’s Red Herring 100 Spring event marks the 10th anniversary of the Red Herring 100 Awards. In celebration, the event will feature keynote addresses from legendary VC investors and CEOs of leading Internet, information, and communications companies.

Ken,

We have been hard at work since we last met at eTel. The Red Herring recognition only helps spread the word about the API as our developer base continues to grow.

Thanks for the kind words.

Jack

Jack - You guys just keep doing what you've been doing. You're on the right track and everywhere I turn I hear kind words echoing that sentiment.

Ken - To echo Jack's point, it's been an incredibly exciting time for us these last couple of months with the release of our first APIs. And you've been a great support and a real thought leader for us along the way. Thanks so much and we'll make sure to let you know how Monterrey goes! Trevor.

Trevor - Congrats on all your continued success. You guys have certainly put thought and effort into doing some very smart things with the API.

After the big event in Monterey, I'd like to get together on the phone and do a podcast chat. Since the recorder acted up on me at ETel, we didn't get to do that. I'll drop Neil a note and enlist his help in setting it up.

Continued success!
