A Cisco win at Hotel 1000

Cisco announced today that Hotel 1000 in Seattle has installed the Cisco Unified Communications system to provide superior personalized and customized guest services, creating a more comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience. The Cisco Connected Hotel capabilities throughout the property will help enable the hotel to quickly and easily deploy new services — not only now but also in the future as other technologies and applications emerge.
It caught my eye for a couple of reasons. Hotel 1000 in Seattle isn't far away. It occurs to me I might talk to folks up there and do an on sight walk-through, interview, podcast and video of this Ciso solution. And, it's a Cisco win that isn't so ginormous that nobody can figure out what it really means.
I started with the Cisco press release for myself (by the way, I detest the latest Cisco logo. It was a professional logo with class, now it looks like it belongs on something in Toys 'R' Us)

I just tried calling and missed their IT director. Since I know several Cisco account team folks in the area, I'm going to make some calls and see if I can make a connection to dig into this deployment just a bit deeper and peel back the layers to see what makes it a big success.
