Bloggers Dinner and ITExpo 2006 in San Diego

Tonight, a group of very special folks gathered for dinner at Flemings in San Diego in conjunction with the 2006 ITExpo that's underway.

Here are just a few photos to share the evening. We're mostly at or near the Marriott overlooking the marina here. I had the chance to share dinner with my friend Andy Abramson, but also with some real notable's in the blog space we share. Jon Arnold, Bruce Stewart, Russell Shaw, Phil Wolff, all leading bloggers and industry analysts I respect and admire were present. There were some other friends, some of whom you'll get to know better over time. Rita, Julie, Jeff and Lou. It was also especially nice to meet both Sue and Danielle from Andy's office. I've worked with both of them and they are stupendous.

Of particular note in the pictures is a view of the wine selection we began the evenining witt, and the river of glass left at the end of the evening amidst deep conversation, brainstorming and sharing of ideas that just doesn't happen often enough.
