Looking for your VoIP implementation stories
Readers here comprise a pretty broad audience, so I'm going to send this request here and give some of you a chance at podcast interview fame and fortune. Ok, maybe not fame and fortune, but a chance to tell your story.
I'd like to do two different podcast interviews. I'd like to talk about the good and the bad of VoIP implementation. I'm not looking for someone who's using Skype or another service like that. I'm not really looking for someone using a managed VoIP service. I'd like to talk to two companies that have done their own VoIP equipment installation project and provide VoIP services themselves.
I'd like to chat with someone who's implemented VoIP and felt like that had a good, solid implementatino that went well. We'd like to hear your story on what you did for assessment, planning, project management. Your success story and what you think you did that made your project a success.
I'd also like to chat with someone who had a problematic VoIP installation. Maybe it took two or three tries to get things working. Maybe you abandoned the effort or have stepped back and will try again in the future. We'd like to hear what the roadblocks were. Share the lessons you learned. In essence, share your pain with VoIP implementation and help others learn.
If you fit either category and would be willing to chat on the phone about your project and let me podcast it for readers and listeners here, please let me know. You can contact me through the contact info in the left sidebar under the AskKen section. I'd love to hear from you.
Thanks!
