New article on VoIP Community - Telephony, Regulations and VoIP

There's a new article online in the VoIP Community Reading Room entitled Telephony, Regulation and VoIP.

This article presents a high level view of some of the regulatory issues involved in telephony services and touches on how they might impcat VoIP services. It presents a cursory view if issues like Common Carrier, E-911, USF, CALEA and ENUM.
