Finding Normal Again
At last the road trip travel with limited connectivity is done and behind us. It was interesting to drive 230 miles up through the interior of British Columbia and see just how limited connectivity options really are. Roaming is expensive, but we even hit places that have service but AT&T didn't roam to. Since we were driving all day every day, posting ability was very limited.
Now we're back home, with no impending road trips in sight. The home office is set up. We've got a new Nokia N78 to test and write up. We've got a Jazinga VoIP system to set up and test. We've got video and audio to get edited and posted online. And there's been a lot of activity lately in the unifed communications space.
I'm laying out some plans and working on some upcoming posts and papers. Now that we're through the madness, things will start picking up again here. There are lots of talks of some interesting acquisitions. We're going to do a couple of interesting conference call interviews that will be open to everyone, and in general, there's a lot on the radar ahead.
