PROGNOSIS adds Avaya Support

Thanks to our friends at VoIP Loop fpr pointing this out. I've talked about Prognosis in the past. There are really two major solutions for managing VoIP in the network that I've seen as the most broadly accepted. One is Prognosis and the other is NetIQ's solution. Nice to se Prognosis reach beyond Cisco platforms.

PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager Support Released for Avaya   Image
Integrated Research today announced the availability of PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager support for key IP telephony solutions from Avaya. PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager support for Avaya enables operational staff to monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot their IP telephony environment in real time. PROGNOSIS also tracks system performance and usage over time to help companies make better decisions about capacity requirements as their deployment grows. PROGNOSIS allows operations and management staff to better evaluate the expenses associated with deploying their IP telephony system, such as ongoing operational costs and future investment requirements.
