Why Watch Vonage? Pay Attention to Cisco

Everybody's spent the last few days watching Vonage's IPO tank. I don't think it's done yet. I read some predictions that the stock will go beloew 5. I don't think so. I think it'll bottom out about $6 myself. And they'll be dying for someone to buy them up at that point. I just can't imagine who will. Does Vonage have any assetts worth acquiring, even at the reduced price the IPO debacle will drive them too? Sure, but are they worth even the fire sale price?

On the other hand, here's just one deal for Cisco.
