New Article online - A Look at H.323

A recent post entitled VoIP Technical Details triggered  starting a series of papers providing overview explanations of some different  VoIP protocols. The first paper reviewed Session Initiation Protocol. I've just posted the second in the series of protocol articles online in the Realtime VoIP Reading Room. This one is A Look at H.323 describes some of the inner workings of H.323, an umbrella suite of  protocols that support a variety of streaming multimedia applications.
